To all AUSAW Wrestling Leaders and Club Directors,

Announcing our Annual Membership Meeting that will be occurring on Saturday, February 1, 2025, at 1pm.  All Clubs are highly encouraged to have their Club Director or a Club Director designated Proxy attend.  Club Directors need to notify AUSAW who your Proxy is if you are designating one.  It will also be available on Zoom for those who can't attend in person.  Anchorage, Eagle River and Mat-su Valley clubs are requested to attend in person.

A meeting reminder will be sent a few days prior to the meeting.  Please email [email protected] to request the Zoom info and/or notify who your Proxy is by no later than January 30th.  The Zoom info will be sent out to requestors on Jan. 31st.

Meeting location is the Matanuska Valley Federal Credit Union on Seward Meridian.

The annual AUSAW Board of Directors Meeting will also be at this location held the same day at 10am prior to the General Membership meeting.

* Coaches: Remember to renew your Wrestling Leader Membership ASAP, the Background checks can take a while to come back this time of year.  ALSO be sure to be properly USAW Copper or better Coach Certified and Concussion Trained in order to Coach at tournaments.

** Please review the Meeting Minutes from last year’s AUSAW 2024 Annual Membership meeting ahead of time, they won't be re-read at the meeting.  We will start by asking if there are any questions then seek a motion and vote for approval.

Note: One vote each in any election or voting motion is granted to Clubs in attendance if they have a current club charter with USAW.
